Our staff have recently acquired a customer service award at NVQ level two for their outstanding customer service. This course increased the skills that they already had skills like delivering a reliable service to all of their customers, using their people skills to develop a relationmship with clients and residents of the properties that they look after.
The peverel residential property management group is a member of ARMA which is better known as the association of residential managing agents, whose practises must be adhered to as this is the rights of the tenants and residents associations that are affected.
We are constantly supporting any initiatives that are proposed that we feel will further the standards of residential property management and our practises are done in accordance with all the established codes of practise that correspond with these laws.
