Our management team will organise and arrange the hiring of staff for the upkeep of any property that we are in charge of, and cleaning staff for public walkways and the exterior of the property if it is deemed necessary. Creduit control procedures will be implemented effectively.
Our property services personnel will make sure that the terms of the lease or the terms of the transfer are enforced correctly, we will levy and collect ground rents where relevant if long term maintenance is needed for the property such as redecoration of an old building then we can arrange for decorators and other staff to take care of the problem.
