Our processes for property recruitment are as follows. Firstly we review the services and contracts that the tenants and lessee's have to ensure that the overall running of the property is adequately funded by the service charges and ensuring enough can be left over for unseen circumstances.
The nest step is to liaise with the directors and the residents representatives to see what their feelings are on the current managment of the building and any improvements that could me made.
