When instructed to act as property managers we will provide our clients with an estate manager who will initially meet with the site manager in charge of the development program from whom he shall receive the initial management package, upon receipt of this he will assume responsibilities of the manager.
The estate manager shall be on hand at all times to all people involved in the project from your sales staff to development project workers. When the project is complete and all tenants are in the property then the manager will be the go between for them and the owners. They will also arrange everything such as gardeners, cleaning staff for all the communal through fares and exterior decoration of the property.
