Our property management team has a team of experienced estate managers who will constantly monitor the levels of standards of maintenance throughout any property that we manage and this team is responsible for all management tasks including appointing concierge staff and staff who will be responsible for the upkeep of the the gardens and overall appearance of the building.

They will make sure that cleaners regularly attend the property and keep all public stairwells and access areas clean and presentable. The gardens will be fully maintained and any repair works that are needed shall be carried out by fully qualified and competent technicians. We shall also keep an eye on the appearance of the building and recommend redecorations as and when is needed.

When we are asked to start the management of a new property we will draw up the budget from the service charges that will paid and review these every year to see if there is enough to cover all future rennovations, we shall leave a little extra that can cover events and circumstances that could not have been prepared for such as water leaks and acts of god which lead to properties being needed on the property.

The overall expenditure is closely watched throughout the management contract that is on a yearly basis. Your personal estate manager is available at any time to further discuss details of a financial nature with all of the residents of the property and our cost control staff will issue the owners with all the audited accounts every year via the postal system.

All of the charges made for services will be invoiced and assembled in agreement with the terms of the lease or transfer documents given at the initial procedure of the contract. All insurance for the building and its parts, the use of facilities, combined with fire and material damage are reviewed annualy.
